Senator Lamar Alexander (R-KY), chair of the Senate (Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee, has issued a comprehensive policy paper concerning Higher Education Accreditation in advance of anticipated 2015 Senate renewal of the US Higher Education Act.
