2022 Price Guide

Annual Meeting Registration

  • The Annual Meeting officially begins Wednesday evening, February 16th, with the Connections Dinner in Ballroom B-C-D and ends on Friday evening after the Celebration Banquet. The registration fee for members and non-members includes all general sessions, workshops, refreshments in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday evening Connections Dinner and Friday evening Celebration Banquet. It does not include Wednesday pre-convention forums or your hotel lodging.
  • If three or more attendees (excluding trustees and spouses) are attending from your institution, you must register as a group to take advantage of group discount pricing.

The discounted spouse registration is provided to encourage spouse participation in the Annual Meeting and engagement with leaders across the Bible college movement.  This registration does not not apply to any employee of member or non-member institutions. The registration fee for spouses includes all general sessions, workshops, refreshments in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday evening Connections Dinner and Friday evening Celebration Banquet. It does not include Wednesday pre-convention forums nor your hotel stay.  If you are a spouse who is an employee of a member or non-member institution, you must pay the regular member or non-member fee as applicable.


Institutional Trustees Price (not on staff at representing institution)

Trustees receive a discounted registration of $200 off of the member pricing. The discounted trustee registration includes all general sessions, workshops, refreshments in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday evening Connections Dinner and Friday evening Celebration Banquet.  It does not include Wednesday pre-convention forums, nor hotel stay.

Commuter Surcharge

The Commuter Surcharge is a one-time surcharge per person for those who are NOT staying at the convention hotel If you choose not to stay at the Rosen Plaza, you must pay this fee.  Does not apply to local commuters.

 Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of a personal registration cancellation, fees paid in advance are refundable – less a $50.00 cancellation fee, provided written notice is received by ABHE no later than three weeks prior to the event. In light of advance commitments for conference events and meals, no refunds will be granted after that date.  There are no refunds provided for no-shows.
