Annual Meeting Registration

  • The Annual Meeting officially begins Wednesday evening, February 17th, with the Connections Dinner in Ballroom C-D and ends on Friday evening after the Celebration Banquet. The registration fee for members and non-members includes all general sessions, workshops, refreshments in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday evening Connections Dinner and Friday evening Celebration Banquet. It does not include Wednesday pre-convention forums. It does not include your hotel stay.  
  • If two or more attendees (excluding trustees, doctoral students and spouses) are attending from your institution, you must register as a group to take advantage of group discount pricing.

The discounted spouse registration is provided to encourage spouse participation in the Annual Meeting and engagement with leaders across the Bible college movement.  This registration does not not apply to any employee of member or non-member institutions. The registration fee for spouses includes all general sessions, workshops, refreshments in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday evening Connections Dinner and Friday evening Celebration Banquet. It does not include Wednesday pre-convention forums nor your hotel stay.  If you are a spouse who is an employee of a member or non-member institution, you must pay the regular member or non-member fee as applicable.


Institutional Trustees Price (not on staff at representing institution)

Trustees receive a discounted registration of $200 off of the member pricing. The discounted trustee registration includes all general sessions, workshops, refreshments in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday evening Connections Dinner and Friday evening Celebration Banquet.  It does not include Wednesday pre-convention forums, nor hotel stay.


Doctoral Student Price

Complimentary for students who are engaged in doctoral studies and who would benefit by attending. Recognizing that a number of our institutions’ staff & faculty members may pursue doctoral degrees from time to time, this courtesy is not intended for institutional staff members or institutional employees.  This registration also does not include meals. While the registration fee is complimentary and allows access to all plenary sessions and workshops (excluding Wednesday pre-conference workshops), we have added the celebration banquet and connection dinner meals for a $130 registration.  You may opt out of the meals by requesting an “opt-out” code at:  conferences@abhe.org.

Commuter Surcharge

The Commuter Surcharge is a one-time surcharge per person for those who are NOT staying at the convention hotel If you choose not to stay at the Rosen Plaza, you must pay this fee.  Does not apply to local commuters.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds will be offered in the unlikely event of a government COVID-19 shut down of group gatherings, in which case the 2021 Annual Meeting would have to be cancelled.
  • If a registrant tests positive for COVID-19 after pre-registration, the registration amount will be refunded and plans to attend should be cancelled.
  • In the event of a personal registration cancellation, fees paid in advance are refundable – less a $50.00 cancellation fee, provided written notice is received by ABHE no later than three weeks prior to the event. In light of advance commitments for conference events and meals, no refunds will be granted after that date.  Please e-mail conferences@abhe.org to request a refund. There are no refunds provided for no-shows.
