Annual Meeting Registration
- The Annual Meeting officially begins Wednesday morning, February 24th, with the Forums Breakfast and ends on Friday evening after the Farewell Reception. The registration fee for members and non-members includes all Wednesday Forums, conference-provided meals, plenary sessions, workshops, & refreshments in the Exhibit Hall. It does not include your hotel lodging.

- The discounted spouse registration is provided to encourage spouse participation in the Annual Meeting and engagement with leaders across the Bible college movement. This registration does not apply to any employee of member or non-member institutions. Spouse registration includes all Wednesday Forums, conference-provided meals, plenary sessions, workshops, & refreshments in the Exhibit Hall. It does not include hotel lodging.
- If you are a spouse who is an employee of a member or non-member institution, you must pay the regular member or non-member price as applicable.
Institutional Trustees Price Per Person (not on staff at representing institution)

You can only purchase 1 Day Pass. Day Passes only apply for day pass purchased. No Exceptions.
DINNER TICKETS
- For guests not registered for the Annual Meeting
Wednesday Evening Connection Dinner Ticket – $75/ea
Friday Legacy Luncheon Ticket – $75/ea
Commuter Surcharge | $175/pp
The Commuter Surcharge is a one-time surcharge per person for those who are NOT staying at the Rosen Plaza convention hotel. If you choose not to stay at the Rosen Plaza, you must pay this fee. Does not apply to local residents.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a personal registration cancellation, fees paid in advance are refundable – less a $50.00 cancellation fee, provided written notice is received by ABHE no later than three weeks prior to the event. In light of advance commitments for conference events and meals, no refunds will be granted after that date. There are no refunds provided for no-shows.
