The Commission on Accreditation approved a new substantive change policy and substantive change form in February. Both of these are available under Accreditation Documents. The new policy reduces the number of changes for which a proposal and Commission approval prior to implementation are required, and the new form provides a simple template in Microsoft Word which may be used to prepare substantive change proposals. Upcoming deadlines for substantive change proposals: May 15 for a July decision, Sept. 15 for a November decision, and Dec. 15 for a February decision.
