File a Complaint Against an Institution or Accredited Program
The ABHE Commission on Accreditation values reports from students, employees, or other interested parties concerning institutions that are perceived to be out of compliance with ABHE standards, policies, or procedures. To submit a complaint to the Commission, download the Policy on Complaints Against an Institution or Accredited Program and complete the Complaint Form below.
Review the Complaint Policy carefully, fill out the Complaint Form completely including signature, and attach supporting documentation. You may use the PDF form as guidance to collect the information needed prior to completing the online form. Please ensure that you have all of the information needed prior to opening and completing the online form. Do not submit the PDF version of the form.
