| Position Overview: |
- The Moody Graduate School (MGS), founded in 1985 and located on the campus of the Moody Bible Institute in downtown Chicago, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Vice President and Academic Dean of the Graduate School.
- MGS offers master's-level programs, including four graduate studies certificate programs, four Master of Arts degree programs, a Master of Ministry degree program, and a Master of Divinity degree program. The school is currently developing plans to offer a Doctor of Ministry degree.
- Building on its conservative theological base, MGS seeks to produce ministry practitioners who know God's Word and who can engage in life-changing ministry.
- MGS offers a diverse learning community of approximately 400 students, with ethnic minority/international students comprising 35% of the student body.
- The faculty seek to prepare students to be servant leaders who can effectively serve the church.

MGS is seeking a Vice President and Dean who will build on the historic strengths of the school to advance its mission of producing qualified ministry practitioners. |
| Qualifications: |
- The ideal candidate is expected to present a record of personal and professional achievement, including (a) solid ministry experience, (b) significant organizational and leadership experience within higher education, and (c) an appropriate terminal degree.
- The ideal candidate will also possess the necessary skills to work collaboratively and effectively with faculty, students, staff, alumni and other stakeholders.
- He will demonstrate understanding of, and dedication to, the school's mission and character as a conservative evangelical/dispensational school focused on producing ministry practitioners.
- He will also embrace and champion the school's development as a culturally diverse community.
