Position Overview:

Southwestern College seeks applications and nominations for the position of Chief Enrollment Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this position is responsible for traditional undergraduate new student enrollment and financial aid. 
  • Supervises admissions, financial aid, and office staff. 
  • Works collaboratively with all departments, with particular emphasis on Registrar, business office, student retention; and marketing & communications; oversees the scholarship program. 
  • This position involves some travel. 
Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in admissions required. 
  • Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of five year’s experience in admissions; preference given to candidates with experience at the Assistant Director level or higher at a Christian College. 
  • The candidate will be dynamic, results driven, Biblically astute, and possess a passion for SWC’s vision to grow this institution for the cause of Christ.
