| Position Overview: |
SEBC seeks a mature Christian who understands the evangelical Christian world view and who has at least five years of progressive management experience in nonprofit development. Salary will be in the $60,000 per year range and is based on qualifications and experience. |
| Primary Responsibilities: |
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the President to accomplish the key functions of the Development office. These include:
- Serve as the Chief Development Officer of the College
- Plan and direct all fundraising activities of the College
- Develop a comprehensive planned giving program
- Implement and manage new major gift initiatives
- Identify and coordinate application for Foundation gift opportunities
- Oversee the Alumni and Public Relations office
- Serve as a member of the Administration & the President’s Cabinet
