Vice President for Development

Institution: Southeastern Bible College

Position Overview: SEBC seeks a mature Christian who understands the evangelical Christian world view and who has at least five years of progressive management experience in nonprofit development. Salary will be in the $60,000 per year range and is based on qualifications and experience.
Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the President to accomplish the key functions of the Development office. These include:

  • Serve as the Chief Development Officer of the College
  • Plan and direct all fundraising activities of the College
  • Develop a comprehensive planned giving program
  • Implement and manage new major gift initiatives
  • Identify and coordinate application for Foundation gift opportunities
  • Oversee the Alumni and Public Relations office
  • Serve as a member of the Administration & the President’s Cabinet
