Oak Hills Fellowship and Christian College is seeking an individual to fill the position of President. Oak Hills Fellowship consists of Oak Hills Christian College, an ABHE accredited college of approximately 160 students, located in northern Minnesota. Other ministries include Camp Oak Hills, Conferences, and the Center for Indian Ministries. Additional information about the ministry can be found at www.oakhills.edu.

• The successful candidate will have experience in team leadership roles and possess the ability to develop a group of godly, qualified leaders to establish policies and direction for a multi-faceted ministry. This individual will have seasoned judgment and the biblical leadership qualifications to serve as the primary guardian of the doctrine, mission, values, and vision for Oak Hills Fellowship and Christian College.

• In order to advance the ministry, a key requirement of this position is the ability to develop supporting constituents that become closely involved with Oak Hills. This individual will have demonstrated gifting and character to pursue this relationship building role in a credible and practical manner.

• This individual must be a gifted administrator of people and resources, and have a practical stewardship focus for ministry. Experience in and with the many functional areas of education and ministry organizations will be seen as an asset for candidates pursuing this role. Additionally, experience in budgeting, planning, and organizational development and design will be needed to address the leadership requirements of the ministry.

• An advanced degree with 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in ministry and educational institution/s is required, with a doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience with nonprofits is required.
• Demonstrated competency in the management of organizations and ministry is necessary.
• Essential to an effective fit is the ability to embrace and incorporate the doctrinal position, mission, vision, and founding values of Oak Hills Fellowship and Christian College.
