The Academic Affairs Department of Lancaster Bible College and Graduate School is seeking a Dean of Graduate Education. |
| Primary Responsibilities: |
The Dean provides leadership and administration for the Graduate School. Responsibilities include planning, supervising, executing, coordinating, and evaluating graduate education to ensure significant and continuous progress towards achieving its mission and objectives. The Dean is a member of the Academic Administrative Leadership Team consisting of the Undergraduate and Graduate Deans and the Vice President for Academic Affairs. |
| Qualifications: |
Qualifications include at least 5 years of successful ministry in a Christian institution of higher education, demonstrated administrative ability, and an earned doctorate. |
