| Position Overview: |
Under the general supervision of the Director of Admission, plans, coordinates, supervises, and participates in the activities and services relating to the recruitment of prospective students and assists in the admission process of applicants to the college.

| Primary Responsibilities: |
Position requires participation in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities. Coordinates special events and tasks: Admission Representatives, telemarketing, college fairs, church visits, direct mailings, high school visits, computer system support, Alumni/Faculty recruiting projects, campus visits, applicant territories, and special events (Discover Hope Day, etc.). Supervises local applicant territory and visits from territory. This job is full time, salaried and must be exclusive of all other employment.

| Qualifications: |
Education/Experience: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: 1) Possession of a degree from an accredited college or university; and 2) Two (2) years, increasing responsible experience in recruiting, admissions, marketing, or experience in public relations.
Knowledge: Principles and practices of recruitment techniques for admission of prospective students. Working knowledge of the college's majors and general information about financial aid.
