Position Overview:
Grace Bible College seeks a new Vice President of Adult and Online Studies. Reporting to the President of Grace Bible College, the Vice President will be a member of the President’s administrative council and be responsible for developing the new adult and online studies department for the institution.
Primary Responsibilities
The Vice President will be responsible to implement policy and procedure, employ strategic planning, oversee student recruiting, develop future curriculum and programming, recruit, develop, and oversee faculty and staff for the department, and control the budget for the department.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should have extensive adult and online higher education experience (7 - 10 years) and be a seasoned leader in higher education.
- Experience teaching at the higher education level in adult and/or online formats is expected.
- A Master’s degree is minimally required for the position.
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is required.
