• Develop and oversee all aspects of the academic area including academic policies, academic advising, student tutoring, orientation, scheduling, and registration
• Oversee all aspects of the accreditation process including assessment, compliance, and related planning as well as data collection, recordkeeping, and reporting
• Oversee all academic publications
• Provide oversight of curriculum
• Support faculty toward academic excellence and continual professional development including advancement in rank
• Lead faculty meetings and arrange for faculty professional development opportunities
• Evaluate faculty both by arranging peer reviews and by providing annual summative evaluations
• Hire necessary adjunct faculty
• Develop and administer academic, accreditation, classroom, and faculty professional development budgets
• Serve as an Executive Leadership Team member

• Academic Administrative Assistant, Adjunct Faculty, Director of Learning Resources, Registrar

• Master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in Christian higher education
• Excellent verbal and good written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Windows systems and adequate keyboarding skills
• Regular timely attendance
• Able to supervise employees with a servant’s attitude
